Understand
Everything you think, feel, and do has an inner logic. Understanding that logic is usually the first step toward change.
When something inside you is asking for attention
Many times we don't need to become someone else. Just leave behind what we learned to believe about ourselves.
We often look for answers outside ourselves, without realizing that what most influences our life are the beliefs, habits, and ways of interpreting ourselves that we've built over time. You don't need to have it all figured out to start changing. Sometimes it's enough to look inward in a different way. I'm Aurelia Cirlo, and I created this space to support you in better understanding who you are, what's holding you back, and what possibilities exist beyond what you've always believed about yourself.
Who I am
I support people who want to understand themselves better, overcome blocks, and build a life more aligned with who they really are.
Over the years I've observed that much of our suffering — but also our potential — is tied to the stories we learned about ourselves. Some help us grow. Others end up limiting what we believe is possible.
My work is to help you identify those patterns, understand where they come from, and discover new ways of relating to yourself, to others, and to your own life.
To do this I bring together tools from counseling, humanistic psychotherapy, emotional awareness, and personal development, while currently expanding my university training in Psychology.
My philosophy
I don't believe people are broken.
I believe we often live from stories, beliefs, and patterns that no longer represent us.
My work is to help recognize them, understand them, and transform them in order to build a life more aligned with who we really are.
I support processes of personal growth and conscious transformation from a humanistic, integrative approach.
Background
My training has been focused on understanding how we think, feel, relate to others, and build our life experience. Over the years I've integrated different approaches centered on therapeutic support, human development, and the understanding of behavior, combining humanistic, cognitive, and relational perspectives.
How I work
You're not here for someone to tell you who you are. You're here to discover that for yourself, with a more conscious, deeper, freer outlook.
Everything you think, feel, and do has an inner logic. Understanding that logic is usually the first step toward change.
Emotions aren't the problem. Often they're the path that shows us what needs attention.
When you deeply understand something, you stop fighting yourself and start using that understanding in your favor.
Build a life more coherent with who you really are, and less shaped by what you learned to believe about yourself.
Individual support
Online sessions focused on understanding the root of what's limiting your wellbeing, your confidence, your relationships, or your ability to move forward.
Calm doesn't happen by chance. It's built when we understand what's generating the imbalance.
The way you see yourself today isn't an absolute truth. It's a story that can be revisited and transformed.
Many recurring dynamics have a deeper origin than they seem. Understanding it allows you to build more conscious relationships.
Every significant transformation invites you to revisit who you've been until now, and who you want to become.

Conscious Binary Coding™ (CBC™)
Over the years I observed that many people fully understood what was limiting them, and yet kept reacting in the same way.
That observation led me to develop CBC™, a method based on conscious repetition through binary sequences designed to reinforce new ways of thinking, feeling, and acting.
Beliefs function as learned patterns that the brain runs automatically. CBC™ works on that same mechanism using structured repetition and conscious intention.
Sessions help identify the pattern. CBC™ helps reinforce the change. They're two different paths that can complement each other within the same process of personal transformation.

Every process is unique. These are some of the experiences of people who decided to take the step.
I arrived not knowing what to expect. I left with an understanding of myself I hadn't managed to reach in years. Aurelia has a way of asking exactly the right questions at exactly the right moment.
What surprised me most was realizing how many decisions I was making from fear without knowing it. The process helped me identify that and start choosing differently.
I didn't expect the process to move me so deeply. There's something in the way Aurelia listens and accompanies you that makes everything make more sense.
I'd been going over the same issues without moving forward. With Aurelia I was able to see them from a different place. It's subtle work but very profound.
It took me a while to take the first step. But from the very first session I knew I was in the right place. The process was more honest and more transformative than I had imagined.
I started working on anxiety and ended up understanding myself in a completely different way. The CBC™ was a very positive surprise.
